Paul Smith and Worldwide FM have partnered to host a mini-series of jazz and soul sessions every Sunday throughout October.

Launching on Sunday 10^th October at 2pm BST, the first Sunday Session features emerging soul singer George Riley, who opens with an eclectic blend of jazz, R&B and electronic sounds, and singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Jordan Rakei, closing the show with a series of tracks from his new album ‘What We Call Life’.

Going live on Sunday 17^th October, the second Sunday Session will feature music and interviews with Tyson McVey and Sarathy Korwar. Tyson, who heralds from a musical hit-maker family, provides an effortlessly cool and smoky vibe as the first act. Sarathy Korwar, who has established himself as one of UK jazz’s most compelling voices, a multi-instrumentalist who fuses genres, performs his unique Indo Jazz sound.

To close the mini-series, held on Sunday 24^th October, Manchester's Secret Night Gang perform a high energy jazz funk session, whilst Paul Smith & Gilles Peterson discuss musical influences, decades of fashion and life achievements during their ‘in-conversation’.
