Our Jazz specialists Paul Bradshaw and Tina Edwards welcomes a bassist and composer and Luke Stewart, a crucial community leader in the Washington DC jazz scene. He is also a member of Irreversible Entanglements, a liberation-oriented free jazz collective from International Anthem.

For the first hour, the show will focus on Luke’s solo recording and in the second hour, drummer Kikanju Baku (Roscoe Mitchell collaborator, Taj Mahal’s son) and saxophonist Chris Pitsiokos join to delve deeper into Luke’s world.
