Chef Ed Wilson is the owner of Brawn, the widely acclaimed restaurant and wine bar on Columbia Road, East London. He is well-known for his passion for natural wine and his vast knowledge and taste in music, and his restaurant has become a hot spot for musicians, boasting the likes of Egon, Ed Motta, Floating Points and Gilles Peterson among its fans.
Joining Ed and Gilles in the studio is Eothen Alapatt AKA Egon, the head of the Now Again record label and creative director of the J. Dilla Estate. Self-proclaimed wine-lover and occasional DJ, Egon will be in the mix, and then having a discussion with Ed and Gilles.
