We're Hiring: Social Producer, Based in London, Full-Time Role

In this hybrid role you will be responsible for both creating and scheduling eye-catching social content that reflects Worldwide’s aesthetic and values. The Social Producer will play an important role in developing and nurturing the Worldwide community across platforms and will be excited to integrate into a talented and multi-skilled team who work closely together to organise, broadcast and amplify amazing programmes every day.

THE JOB

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Social Producer is responsible for creating and scheduling daily social media content as well as assisting with special projects as required. The Social Producer will have strong design skills along with experience programming and scheduling content across social platforms, taking pride in representing Worldwide FM to both listeners and partners.

Key Objectives:

Creating effective, on brand, social media content.
Engaging effectively with Worldwide’s community.
Growing Worldwide’s social media audience.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Creating compelling content daily for Worldwide social platforms.
Seeking out and creatively promoting the best content from Worldwide FM.
Developing social strategy for Worldwide platform.
Working on special projects outside of day-to-day radio.
Accurately reflecting broadcasts via social media content.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience using video and design software as well as social media scheduling tools.
Experience creating content for social media to a professional standard.
Previous experience scheduling social media content.
Proactive and able to bring ideas to life.
A deep love for specialist music and radio.
A good understanding of Worldwide, our vision and values.
An active interest in, and awareness of, design and content trends.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong time and project management skills.
An excellent work ethic and strong team working skills.
An articulate individual with a flexible approach.
Client facing experience desirable.
Able to analyse information and present findings clearly.
