FUTURE NOSTALGIA: Atiyyah Khan

Tune in for Future Nostalgia with Johannesburg-hailing music journalist, DJ and researcher Atiyyah Khan, who digs out gems, past and present. The show is an extension and representation of the music collective she co-founded in Cape Town called Future Nostalgia, which has been hosting listening sessions in the city for the past eight years.

For this week’s show, Atiyyah pays tribute to top-shelf beatmakers from around the world, with a
particular focus on the vibrant Los Angeles beat scene. Nothing but massive bass, breaks and
beats. Including music by Kutmah, Lorn, Jonwayne, Dabrye, Muqata’a, J Dilla, Nosaj Thing, Ras
G and more.
