The pair also aim to decipher solutions to the mental health issues that come from a financially-strained creative background, looking into what has helped Gareth over the years, combining their conversation with music throughout. Gareth navigates the importance of how his past experiences have informed his approach to life today, from spending years squatting in London from the age of 15, to having to confront homelessness a few years later, he explores the importance of community and DIY spirit he learned throughout those formative years before travelling to the Canary Islands, Mexico and Peru in different stints.
