International Tribe is a weekly mix series hosted by Thris Tian. This week’s International Tribe mix comes from Madcat. Madcat is a Parisian producer and a true lover of sampling, accompanied by his faithful MPC and his warm and groovy grain. His music is influenced by jazz and funk masters such as Quincy Jones and George Benson as well as a more electronic and hip-hop universes like Theo Parrish’s one.  After a first EP Petite Musique de Chanvrewhich came out on FHUO, last June and several tracks released between Pont Neuf and Virage Records, He is also working on a compilation of French boogie edits, bringing together many producers from the new French house scene.
