UG/NG is a house music project by NYC-based DJ Yuji Kawasaki (Joy) and musician Nao Gunji (A_A, Dopeus) which has been releasing stripped down dance music out of their imprint, Improper Touch.
Bass driven yet paying particular attention to stereophonic reproduction, their music mixes downtown NYC romanticism with today’s high-resolution, spacious sensibilities. They are currently working on their 3rd release, while hitting the streets for live house music performance.
