Ok-Unti: Okzharp & Unticipated Soundz // 24-06-20

OkUnti is a radio show by Okzharp (London, UK) and Unticipated Soundz (Durban, South Africa), exploring the outer limits of the London/Durban musical intersection and sharing exclusive new music, edits, remixes and collaborations. Okzharp is a South African-born, London-based producer. He has released two EPs ('Dumela 113' and 'Tell Your Vision') and an LP ('Closer Apart') in collaboration with SA performance-artist Manthe Ribane. Last year, he released a collaborative EP ('Steam Rooms') with the King of Gqom, DJ Lag and he remixed the hotly-tipped Joburg Kwaito group, Stiff Pap. The Unticipated Soundz crew, together with the Unti Chicks, have been shaking the ground of the SA scene with their infectious, next-generation gqomwave sound, causing riots in the clubs and dance crazes on social media with their high-energy, ear-catching productions.
