QC Radio: King Hippo with Future Rootz, DJ Sound Culture and Afroqbano // 15-12-20

QC Radio is a weekly look at the creativity flowing through the City of Chicago. We'll hear from Chicago-based musicians, DJs, record stores, journalists, labels and parties. This season is curated by broadcaster, event producer and member of the International Anthem family, King Hippo. DJs Sound Culture and Afroqbano are taking over QC Radio this week and are representing their Future Rootz family. Future Rootz is a collective of Latinx music curators, artists, taste-makers, and socio-cultural instigators. Their work represents a border-less artistic intersection that draws from the past while reaching for the future.
