Exclusive Os Cabides blends influences from Brazilian music and rock with an authentic, alternative identity. Rooted in the local music scene of Santa Catarina and surrounded by Brazilian and international 70s references, they released their debut album Roubaram Tudo (2020), which echoes the Brazilian Guitar Fuzz Bananas compilation.
Previously, they also released the EP Para Endoidar O Cabeção (2019). In 2021, they dropped the single Lagartixa Tropical, a playful voice-and-guitar track that lasts just under 1:25 minutes and went viral on TikTok, reaching a diverse audience across all age groups. In 2023, they released the single Rua da Lua Cheia, accompanied by a music video. In July 2024, they followed up with their second album, Coisas Estranhas, which received a great reception from both the public and the national media.
Live, the band delivers a fun and engaging performance with a loyal fanbase. Notable highlights include their participation in the Bradamundo Festival in 2020 and the Maratona Cultural de Florianópolis in 2022 and 2023. They have also shared the stage with bands such as Terno Rei (SP), Boogarins (GO), Holger (SP), Irmão Victor (RS), Catavento (RS), La Leuca (SC), Budang (SC), Applegate (SP), and others.
