DJ, record collector and composer Rebecca Vasmant hosts guests who play an influential part in developing the sonic identity of this Scottish city. Together they detail the intricacies of the Glaswegian jazz scene, play some records and portray their vision of the city they call home. This month, Rebecca is joined by Nimbus Sextet, fresh from just having released their debut album on Acid Jazz, Aku the doom Jazz trio who were one of the first live guests on the show back in 2018, and an extra special chat and guest mix from Butho The Warrior highlighting some of the many beautiful, yet undiscussed positives from lockdown.
