WW Marseille: Stéphane Galland with PAKDJEEN

Our WW Marseille guest for this show is former dancer, beatmaker, producer and DJ, PAKDJEEN. A well-known and hearty figure on the city’s hip-hop scene and beyond, PAKDJEEN is a member of the hard-partying Twerkistan collective and of hip-hop bands La Méthode and The Crush, with his long-time partner MC K-Méléon. He is offering us a mix starting from hard-hitting trap to smoother afro-house and energetic afrobeats. As an introduction, journalist (for historically independent station Radio Grenouille) and DJ (as M.OAT) Stéphane Galland selects some of his favorite tracks of the moment, particularly showcasing Marseille’s eclectic and buoyant scene.
