Siska is one of the most original bands in Marseille, and with their second album, the just released "Mauvaise Graine" ("Bad Seed"), they go further in melting harmoniously, within a pop format infused with their singer oriental influences, french songwriting, idiosyncratic electronic production and sampling, with live drums and an occasional string quartet. We met singer Sista Ka for a little interview, while the band grants us with a live session recorded during a residency at 6MIC in Aix-En-Provence. We then asked Adelo Basileus, the band's producer, to cook up a special mix for WWFM showcasing his "disclektik" influences. M.OAT starts things off smoothly with a special selection, showcasing some of the most talented female singers in town.
