Tony Ozier has been raising his finger to his nose and flinging the funk to audiences for over a decade. He is a Portland, Oregon-based multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and producer and has released four full-length albums and three instrumental albums on his label BeatsGalore Records. He is a founder of the Portland Black Music Expo, a multi-day festival highlighting the black musical community of the area.
