Soulsteppa a dub producer and selecta from Red-i Sound System based in Manila, Philippines. She and her crew have been pushing reggae dub sound system culture in Manila since 2010 through their weekly event Irie Sunday.
In 2020, Red-i & Soulsteppa built their own sound system and continue to push the boundaries of the reggae dub scene in the Philippines.
