Love High: Alex Intas with 404 Eros

Alex Intas presents Love High, the musical marriage of a funky bottom and a pretty top. Love High is unashamedly informed by a slicker underground soul of the 80s and 90s made up by silky voices, synth-bass lines and machine rhythms. Alex is recognised for digging deep and championing lost r&b obscurities and slept-on dollar bin pearls that kiss everything from quiet storm, new jack swing, street soul, g-funk, modern soul steppers and boogie and beyond. This month Alex is joined by notorious London tandem 404 Eros. Regulars on The Lot and NTS, the London born and raised duo have been cultivating their eighties/nineties inspired 808 driven, synth-soaked sets since their university days. They explore a rich tapestry of sounds from Street Soul, R&B, Boogie, Lover’s Rock, House and Techno and more.
