AlohaGotSoul is a record label and shop in Honolulu focused on music from Hawai'i. Owner DJ and Producer Roger Bong starts his set off mellow, sometimes moody and melancholic moving into more uptempo sounds, perhaps a tad scattered but still enjoyable.
Roger also takes the opportunity to present some of the tracks's they've recently reissued or are forthcoming on the label — Brother Noland, Gordon Broad, Ray Peralta, Copper Nickel. Keep an ear and eye out for those on Aloha Got Soul later this year.
