For this episode we invite the Cape Town based Gentle Indie Soul composer, vocalist and musician Luh'ra onto the show to celebrate the release of her new EP "Nice" We get into an interview and play selections from the recording. It is an EP about heartbreak and deep connections filled with warm husky vocals, soothing guitar lines and performances from a phenomenal ensemble including Robert Scott, Nobuhle Ashanti, Tiana Maranqwana, Asher Gamedze and Robin Fassie.
In the second half of of the show Luh'ra selects some of her favourite South African music from the likes of Thesis ZA, Manana and Kujenga and we close out the show with music from Samthing Soweto, Tribal Rebel Ludi, Ex Olympic, Madala Kunene and more. Music made up from sounds of the Southern Tip.
