CHARMS is a DJ and radio host, currently based in Manchester. Having started out in 2022, CHARMS is fast becoming a familiar face across the Manchester music scene and she takes pride in curating high energy, percussive infused sets with selections from across the black diaspora. Not willing to be totally confined to any particular genre, under the reggae alias of Mama Char, she also has a monthly residency on Reform radio hosting The Rejoice Show- a two hour slot dedicated to all things related to reggae, roots and dub music. CHARMS is also the engine behind GALDEM REJOICE, a project that sets out to platform and uplift women within reggae and sound system culture by curating events and opportunities in celebration of International Women's Day.
