Match&Fuse: Debra Richards

Representing the alternative in European music and attitude, Match&Fuse takes up Worldwide FM’s purpose of uncovering artists hell-bent on staying true to themselves.

Festivals are on a roll and Debra plays tracks from artists performing at upcoming events: Camilla George, Eddie Chacon and Dave de Rose with Dan Nicholls who are all playing this month's We Out Here festival, whilst in September Dai Fujikura will be at the Punkt festival and Farida Amadou will play a solo electric bass set at the Newcastle Festival of Jazz & Improvised Music. There's a version of David Sylvian's 'Ghosts' from pianist Michael Wollny, a taste of Sam Gendel's album due out in October and music from emerging South American artists.
